We also accept:

• Auto Accident
• Workers Compensation insurance

Please call our clinic and your insurance provider to verify insurance coverage.

If we do not accept your health insurance plan, you can still receive care at Oakmont Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy Center on a self-pay basis. If you have a policy that includes out-of-network physical therapy benefits, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for your out-of-pocket expenses.  We can provide the required documentation for you to send to your insurance company for processing of your claims.  Contact the membership services department of your health insurance provider to determine if your coverage includes out-of-network benefits.
